  • Improving Your Plan of Correction Process in Assisted Living Communities (Betsy Acosta-Ojeda, Health Compliance Inspector, Plan of Corrections and Desk Revisits Coordinator, CDPHE)

 

At the 2024 Assisted Living Conference, CHCA received requests for further training on survey trends, preparation, and plan of correction.  To begin responding to Member requests, CHCA has asked CDPHE to provide a presentation on plan of correction this June.
